Important information before ordering a print job using a 3D printer!

Internal filling rate for the 3D model:

impacts product strength and weight.

Within the 3D product, the printer will print a solidifying net that distributes the load.聽

The filling can range between 0-100%, depending on your wishes and the 3D model's operating conditions. Partial cushioning helps reduce printing costs and time.

Supports 3D model elements:

Supports are necessary for building the model's hanging elements.

Seeing that 3D printing is performed in layers, each new layer is placed on top of the previous one. Where your 3D model has hanging elements (with no underlying support), we will build the support element during the preparatory stage, which will later be applied by the 3D printer.

Wall thickness for a 3D-printed product:

Wall thickness, like its filling, impacts model strength and weight.

By partially filling the product, we can enhance 3D model strength by enlarging the wall's thickness. 0.8 mm thickness is usually used for display models, prototypes, decorative elements and products that are not exposed to external factors and physical pressure. 1.2 mm and higher thickness is recommended for products that are exposed to such factors.
